Users may view and download material from this site only for personal, non-commercial use.

Users agree not to use the site for sale, trade or other commercial purposes. Users may not use language that is threatening, abusive, vulgar, discourteous or criminal. Users also may not post or transmit information or materials that would violate rights of any third party or which contains a virus or other harmful component. Industrial Excitement reserves the right to remove or edit messages or material submitted by users.

Industrial Excitement is not responsible for material submitted to Industrial Excitement or posted in chat-rooms or on bulletin boards by site users. By communicating with Industrial Excitement, however, users grant Industrial Excitement permission to use any information, suggestions, ideas, drawings or concepts communicated for any purpose Industrial Excitement and chooses, commercial, public or otherwise without compensation whatsoever.

Club Terms and Conditions

• Alert! is an adult event and minors are not permitted. By attending Alert! you are declaring that you are at least 18 years of age.

• You understand that Alert! is a fetish based event and as such people will be wearing items of fetish clothing that may be seen by some as offensive.

• You are aware that people might be talking about activities of a fetish nature that again may be seen as offensive by some. Images of a sexual or fetish nature may be displayed and you may see some nudity. You agree that you will respect other people and their choices in the club.  Alert! is not a sex club and does not discriminate on grounds of gender, race or sexual preference.

• You agree to abide by the Alert! dress code as published on the club website. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or require you to leave the premises without providing a reason or justification. Under such circumstances no entry fee paid will be refunded.

• You agree to be bound by the Alert! Photographic Disclaimer, which is displayed prior to entry at every event and is also available on the club website.

• On occasion, Legends hosts other events in the venue and you agree to remain in only the areas designated for Alert! use. You also agree to not harass, insult or cause intentional offence to any persons in Legends, whether they are Alert! attendees or not.

• By entering you agree to these rules, which are displayed at Legends for you to read before you enter the club, and are also available on the club website www.club-alert.com. These terms and conditions apply to the Legends venue, the external smoking areas and the area in the immediate vicinity of the Legends/Tunnel/Outpost entrances.

• You also agree to obey Legends’ conditions of entry, follow any directions given to you by Legends or Alert! staff and abide by all appropriate aspects of English law.

• The name ‘Alert!’ and associated logo apply to the monthly Alert! club night and any additional events which may be organized under the same brand, such as Alert! DEFCON ONE

Photography Disclaimer
During the course of the night we may take photographs for use on our website. We endeavour to ask before we take anyone’s photo but if we publish a picture of you which you would like us to remove please contact us at mail@club-alert.com
